Shipping is currently not available outside of the WA Metro for raw meals. We aim to deliver the products within the same week. Please allow 1-7 business days after your order is placed.

Treats can be shipped worldwide and will be shipped the following business day.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health of your pets.

We are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. As part of our initiative to promote eco-friendly practices, we encourage our customers to return their packaging boxes for reuse with your next order. When your next order is delivered, simply place the empty box from your previous order on your doorstep We’ll ensure it’s reused for future deliveries.
